It can lead to severe consequences including pancreatitis, cholangitis, duct perforation, sepsis, fistula formation. Removal of proximally migrated stents is complicated by duct diameter, their tortuosity, possible strictures.</p><p>The article presents 2 clinical cases of proximal migration of plastic stents from the common bile duct with successful use of the SpyGlass system to remove the migrated stents.</p>
Удаление проксимально мигрировавших стентов затруднено из-за диаметра протоков, их извитого хода, возможного наличия стриктур.</p><p>В статье представлено 2 клинических случая проксимальной миграции пластиковых стентов из общего желчного протока с успешным применением системы SpyGlass с целью удаления мигрировавших стентов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography</kwd><kwd>cholangioscopy</kwd><kwd>SpyGlass</kwd><kwd>intraductal biopsy</kwd><kwd>malignant stricture of the biliary duct</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>эндоскопическая ретроградная холангиопанкреатография</kwd><kwd>холангиоскопия</kwd><kwd>SpyGlass</kwd><kwd>внутрипротоковая биопсия</kwd><kwd>злокачественная стриктура желчного протока</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
