The treatment of patients with multiple malignancies often involves а combined treatment methods. Taking into account the possibility of detecting tumors at different stages and localizations, the doctor needs to determine such a therapeutic approach that will be directed at several oncological processes at once. The article describes a clinical case of a male patient, born in 1948, with metachronous bladder cancer, both lungs and multifocal basal cell skin cancer.</p><p>The presented experience reflects the patient’s long-term observation from 2002 to 2024, during which the patient repeatedly underwent surgical and radiation treatment of tumors of various localizations. The presented clinical case shows the importance of dynamic monitoring and regular examinations by an oncologist, which allows timely verification of a recurrence of the disease or a new malignant neoplasm and achieve the best therapeutic results.</p>
Представленный опыт отражает многолетнее наблюдение за пациентом – с 2002 по 2024 г., в ходе которого пациенту неоднократно было проведено хирургическое и лучевое лечение опухолей различных локализаций.</p><p>Приведенный клинический случай показывает важность динамического наблюдения и регулярных осмотров у врача-онколога, что позволяет своевременно верифицировать рецидив болезни или новое злокачественное новообразование и добиться лучших лечебных результатов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>multiple primary tumors</kwd><kwd>bladder cancer</kwd><kwd>basal cell skin cancer</kwd><kwd>lung cancer</kwd><kwd>dynamic observation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>первично-множественные злокачественные новообразования</kwd><kwd>рак мочевого пузыря</kwd><kwd>базальноклеточный рак кожи</kwd><kwd>рак легкого</kwd><kwd>динамическое наблюдение</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Vogt A., Schmid S., Heinimann K. et al.
