Complications and side effects may occur at all stages of treatment, which require monitoring and correction of nutritional status. The article presents an analysis of current recommendations and a review of studies on clinical nutrition in children after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Нутритивная поддержка является ключевым компонентом сопроводительной терапии у детей, перенесших трансплантацию гемопоэтических стволовых клеток. На всех этапах лечения могут возникнуть осложнения и побочные эффекты, которые требуют мониторинга и коррекции нутритивного статуса.
