However, the problem of developing late treatment-related complications remains relevant. These include secondary malignant neoplasms, cardiovascular and endocrine diseases, reproductive dysfunction, among others. This article presents a review of the literature on the most frequently occurring late complications of therapy for newly diagnosed classical Hodgkin lymphoma in children, adolescents, and young adults. The need for their early diagnosis and long-term medical follow-up is substantiated. The expediency of developing a strategy to reduce the risk of these complications is determined, which, along with the high effectiveness of antitumor treatment, will make it possible to improve long-term prognosis and quality of life.</p>
</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>newly diagnosed classical Hodgkin lymphoma</kwd><kwd>late effects of chemoradiotherapy</kwd><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>adolescents</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>впервые диагностированная классическая лимфома Ходжкина</kwd><kwd>отдаленные последствия химиолучевой терапии</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>подростки</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Botezatu I.V., Valiev T.T., Dushenkina T.E. et al.
