Despite modern methods of treatment, some chemotherapeutic drugs, such as anthracyclines, HER2 /ErbB2 inhibitors can have a pronounced effect on the cardiovascular system. These toxic effects lead to cardiac arrhythmia, heart failure, vascular toxicity and even death. It is important for oncologists and cardiologists to understand the basic diagnostic and treatment strategies that should be used in the event of toxicity of this kind.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Неблагоприятные события, влияющие на сердечно-сосудистую систему, являются одной из самых серьезных проблем в общем ведении пациентов с онкологическими заболеваниями, поскольку могут поставить под угрозу успех в лечении злокачественных новообразований. Несмотря на современные методы лечения, некоторые химиотерапевтические препараты, такие как антрациклины, ингибиторы HER2/ErbB2, могут оказывать выраженное влияние на сердечно-сосудистую систему. Эти токсические эффекты приводят к нарушению ритма сердца, сердечной недостаточности, поражению сосудов и даже смерти.
