In this clinical observation, analysis of the effectiveness of treatment of a patient with metastatic breast cancer of luminal A subtype is performed. The 1st line combination therapy was CDK4/6 inhibitors (ribociclib) and hormone therapy with aromatase inhibitors (letrozole) and analogues of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (goserelin) with concurrent bone-modifying denosumab therapy. Effectiveness of antitumor drug therapy administered for 7 months, and toxicity of the regimen were evaluated. Effectiveness of the selected combination treatment regimen was demonstrated and confirmed by clinical data, as well as results of laboratory and instrumental examinations. Adverse effects were controlled and managed with symptomatic therapy which allows to continue treatment using previously selected tactics.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В настоящее время для лечения пациенток с распространенным или метастатическим раком молочной железы, положительным по рецепторам эстрогенов и прогестерона и отрицательным по рецептору эпидермального фактора роста 2 человека (HER2), одобрено применение ингибиторов CDK4/6 в сочетании с гормональной терапией. В данном клиническом наблюдении проанализирована эффективность лечения пациентки с метастатическим раком молочной железы люминального А подтипа. В качестве 1-й линии комбинированного лечения использованы ингибиторы CDK4/6 (рибоциклиб) в сочетании с гормонотерапией ингибиторами ароматазы (летрозол) и аналогами гонадотропин-рилизинг гормона (гозерелин) на фоне остеомодифицирующей терапии деносумабом. Проведена оценка результатов противоопухолевой лекарственной терапии продолжительностью 7 мес, а также токсичности используемого режима. Продемонстрирована эффективность выбранного комбинированного режима лечения пациентки, подтвержденная клиническими данными, а также результатами лабораторно-инструментальных исследований.
