The article describes clinical observation of locally advanced metastatic anaplastic thyroid cancer. Difficulties in instrumental and laboratory diagnosis of this pathology and the role of molecular diagnosis in search for highly effective treatment are discussed.

Статья посвящена клиническому наблюдению местно-распространенного метастатического анапластического рака щитовидной железы. Освещены сложности инструментальной и лабораторной диагностики данной патологии, а также роль молекулярной диагностики в поиске высокоэффективного лечения.
