Mostly these are patients with tumors of the liver, upper gastrointestinal tract,  pancreatobiliary area, small and large intestines. It should be noted that the literature review didn’t present any cases of isolated tumors of the greater  omentum, hence we’ve decided to present a detailed description of a clinical observation of a female patient with rare ALK-positive inflammatory  myofibroblastic tumor of the greater omentum.  </p>
</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>ALK-inflammatory myofibroblastic tumors</kwd><kwd>myofibroblastic tumors</kwd><kwd>immunohistochemistry</kwd><kwd>surgical treatment</kwd><kwd>recurrence factors</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ALK-позитивные воспалительные опухоли</kwd><kwd>миофибробластические опухоли</kwd><kwd>иммуногистохимия</kwd><kwd>хирургическое лечение</kwd><kwd>факторы рецидивирования</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Umiker W.O., Iverson L.
