Adenamatous and serrated lesions, as well as cancer, lead to exfoliation of cells containing neoplastic altered DNA which, in turn, can be detected with sensitive testing methods aimed at specific genetic and epigenetic biomarkers. Mt-sDNA test approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration in 2014 showed sensitivity of 92 % for detection of colorectal cancer which is much higher than sensitivity of fecal immunochemical test (74 %).</p>
Тест ДНК (mt-sDNA), который был одобрен Управлением по контролю за качеством пищевых продуктов и лекарственных средств США в 2014 г., показал чувствительность 92 % для выявления колоректального рака, что намного выше чувствительности иммунохимического тестирования кала (74 %).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>colorectal cancer screening</kwd><kwd>fecal test</kwd><kwd>DNA</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>скрининг колоректального рака</kwd><kwd>исследование кала</kwd><kwd>ДНК</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The work was performed without external funding</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена без спонсорской поддержки</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Nishihara R., Wu K., Lochhead P. et al.
